Bought a dining table for £600+ only 18 months ago and the screws pulled out of the table while we were sat at the table. No refund or anything resembling customer service for a product that's clearly faulty and poorly designed. P&P blamed us for the fault, claiming we had dragged the table. The table hasn't moved since we put it into place. We wont use p&p again, customer service is atrocious.

Great company,had small issue with my order (not thier fault), customer service had it sorted in a few days, brilliant service.

2 matching chairs ordered, 1 was correct, 1 was the wrong colour. 2 weeks later and a replacement still hasn’t been sent out despite a number of calls to the company and their delivery agent.

Easy to use web page, carrier company easy to arrange delivery date/time, kept up to date with order.
Delivery men super, treated my item with the upmost care when placing in my lounge, even removed the packaging to aid entry into property.
Sofa is as pictured, lovely colour, leather is super soft and seating is really springy. I originally saw this sofa on another website (Etsy) but I wasn’t sure about the company. So glad I found it on Perch & Parrow, money well spent, now restyling my lounge around the sofa, thank you. Got my eye on some more items, won’t hesitate in ordering again.

This a beautiful coffee table and it's incredibly good value - the same table on the Cox & Cox website is more than double the price. The table arrived within a few days of ordering; I would definitely recommend Perch and Parrow.

I'd been looking for dining room chairs and found the most beautiful ones here. Ordered just 2 just in case it wasn't what I expected. I was not disappointed, they are absolutely stunning. These were delivered the next day (and were fully assembled as website said they needed some assembly so pleasant surprise). Delivery is with APC who give you 2 hour time slot and you can track him to see how close he is to you. Obviously ordered another 4 straight away. So pleased. And another plus is my emails were answered straight away in a positive manner. If you want to order from a company that you have a 100% faith in then use Perch and Parrow, you will not be disappointed. X

Very nice garden mirror. There was an issue with delivery ( their courier had the issue) and perch and Parrow were super helpful when I contacted them and sorted it out. Excellent comms.
